Mcribs time!

Yummy ;D

Today I'm doing another char, and this one will be done a bit differently. As I've done p00ts, I won't go over the basics again :)

Gem setup: P.ATK, Crit, Hp, Pdef
So what we can see right away, alot of pdef, so I bet he is doing fine against equal strong(br wise) players in pvp, as long as it's not a mage. But the there's a few things that's basicly useless.

Block, as stated before, unless you get it above 9-10k, it's just useless stats.
Charisma, against players with 100-110k atk, charisma won't do squat.
Determination, Archer is all about critting, he should defently increase it.

So lets start with astrals, main thing I would started with is upgrading Enhanced Determination to lv7 atleast. Doesn't take that long, and defently worth the 10% extra dmg. Would even say whenever he has time, dumb cash into making it as high as possible. the others are not as important. Second I would change would be HOLY CHARM, exchange it for something useful. Illusion, Regeneration, anything :) also block if you don't do the block build(check gem suggestion)

I like Ruthlessness astral, many hate it, But I like it. For those that doesn't understand how ruthlessness works, it's basicly this way: If you have 100 dmg, at default you will do 90-110 dmg(90-110%). What ruthlessness does is expand it, so in mack case he will do 48-152 dmg. So it can either do insane dmg, or very little! I non-crit boss in wb for 550k, if I crit and had ruthlessness I could reach 1.5M dmg. but I could also crit for 550k :p so it can negate your crit dmg. I approve using this if you find it useful :)

Gem suggestion, I would suggest as always 10 of each going to ATK and ATK+CRIT.

But then we have 2 more gem slots to fill out, or 18 slots right now. so I will bring forth a few suggestion:

  • HP,HP+block If you want block to be useful, this is a good way.
  • HP+def,HP+block A little less(but more than you have now) hp, but more def.
  • HP+block,P.def+M.def More all around defensive strat.
Those 3 are good if you wanna keep block astral. If you wanna change it to something, here's a few other gem setups.

  • HP+Def,Hp Good hp with defense
  • HP+P.def,Hp+Mdef Same as above, but against all threats
  • Pdef+Mdef, Hp+P.def P.def will be high here, you will lose some hp, but in arena you should be solid.
If I would suggest, I would either go HP+P.def/Hp+Block if you wanna keep the block, or I would go HP+P.def/P.def+Mdef. Sure you will have less hp, but you will get so much defense, you will take very little dmg in pvp. And your job isn't taking big hits in pve, so you don't need the same hp pool as me. Either set is good.

For gear enchantment, just look at p00ters section :)

Take care and have fun!

Small Stuff!

Here I gonna tell you about the small stuff that will make you stronger, faster, without any big effort.

I will take it for granted that you blitz all stuff daily, and do most runs daily.

Lets start with the blitzingstuff. You got CATACOMBS, NECRO, PURGATORY and CAMPAIGN.

Catacombs: Do not waste BB here to blitz.
Necro: You could, but I wouldn't.
Purgatory: Once you beat floor 15, I would say, 150BB is worth it. Yesterday I got 600+ crystals shard(6xlv1 res gems) So defently worth the 150BB unless you got all lv8 res gems.
Camapign: 3 Hero in Burgadoth thingy(last lv40-50 campaign), no BB.

Gear preparing: Most around the "Getting 80 set done" phase. I would recomend going for the heirloom and artifact instead. This will grant you a bigger boost, and normal is doable from 450k+.

Dimension: Lets go over dimensions fast. first of all, get 5x lv8 res crystal asap. After that, one intermediate will give you max res, meaning, you can do 1 basic, go from basic to intermediate, remove basic, and go for advance. and if you are lucky and have expert, remove the intermediate, and go for expert. This is ofcourse a tip for non-vips, for vips, I would just suggest to have 5 opens at all time, and remove the weakest/shortest to get maximum gain. Always check each floor for 1 Dragon's den before removing them.

Sylph Expedition: Blitz this at least, the small rewards for 5min blitz, are worth it, after that, unless you can get like top 10, it's not worth wasting time on(unless you have time).

Sacrifice: Do not think about "I need this now" but "I will need it". So if you can get pieces to make RED gear, take them, so you can upgrade them faster(if you have 1 or more items at holyforge 2.2).

Team runs: Rank Maps depending on need, if you don't have 10+lv8 gems, it should rank highest! After that I would say MPD is most important, and after that DI or tok depending on where you are in your character dev. Lastly BI and Spire. If any, I would just leave my char in spire when you go offline. Most of you should be able to get 8 chests for free, + a few if you have mage pokemon. Wilds I never do unless event, but it's decent, but only if you have daily team or get a team fast. otherwise a 20min task can take 60min. Same AB, decent until you get mount! So if you can't do all, I would drop(in this order) AB, Wilds, Spire, Bi, Tok/DI.

Limited events: We have events that give rewards for every use, but with parallel events with limited, often 100,200,400 or something. Only use Mahra/sep/etc so you get the limited rewards. You can push(I did) to get a extra star, or maxing out a sylph, or even get an extra stat gain on whips, but always make sure you have enough items left after to be ready for another event within 2-3 days. R2 are dicks after all. For gems/res I would suggest doing the math, to make sure you get maximum gain from the limited events each time.

WB: Here, I would suggest to have a healthy farm, so you can get a few atk milks, 10% extra attack in wb, means 10% extra income, for free basicly. say you earn 4m, you will get 400k for free. Secondly, remove Eudaemon unless you have super fast mega computer. Maybe you can get more income then. But for us without that, without is better.

Maps: Maps... to spend or not? I would say, spend for blue everyday, when you have enough whines, do the 1 click refresh for orange. You will save bb, and you will have a steady income :)

Well that's a few things to think about, might have missed something, but I feel it's good. Take care and have fun!

Exchange event?

So today, I'm gonna give a few tips of how to get "maximum" gain without gambling.

So I will take last event for example. We had a few bad exchanges, but we had a clothing set. What we want is useful br, so ofcourse we want the armor for defense points, and the hat(mage)/wep(other) for offensive power. These items costed 30 chest each.

However, the chest itself could drop these items, and ofcourse our brains go "Well, I could get lucky...".

And true, but why gamble more than needed? First of, during the event we could get close to 100 boxes. meaning we will have more than enough to exchange for it. So here's the tip: Wait til you collected all chests, open the surplus chests you have, in this case I wanted the Hat and armor, so I had 100 chests, I need 60 to get both. So I opened 40. If I got lucky, AWESOME. If not, I just exchange!

I also wanted some -- to upgrade my medalion, so I exchanged for those as well from the 40 surplus I had.

This goes for a lot in this game, you should gamble, as long as you gamble with the extra surplus of stuff. For example, stuck at stage 23 in spire? try using Ruthlessness, your dmg might become low, but you won't lose much. Wanna experiment in worldboss? do it! I lost maybe 10m in the 3 weeks I experimented my new strat for wb, but now I am gaining 1-2m extra per boss. also, it made wb fun again, cause I don't do it mindless.

And That's another point in this to only gamble with the surplus of chests, If you really want something, but wanna gamble, and don´t get it, you will get moody, and irritated, and stop playing for a few days, and then you will lose even more.

Lastly I wanna say, if you ask for runs between 1800 and 2200 I will most times not be able to help, but if I am on before that, I will gladly help, BUT ASK, I can't ask if you want help every time, as you can't expect me to be willing to do 15 runs per day everyday.

I will go over some other stuff tonight or tomorrow about how you can raise your resistence fast. as well as tips about somethings.

Take care and have fun!

Fast recall:

  • Check what you want
  • Check the "pricing"
  • Gamble with the extra chests you have
  • And exchange for the items when only have the number of chests needed for it
  • And don't get weapon/hat if you don't need that stat, unless you need them for upgrading your clothing level.

Stat building!

Hi again!

Today we are going through character building, so before I start by taking one example, I will explain a few stuff.

You may hear me say "for pve..." or "for pvp..." and wonder, why does that matter? Simply put, in pvp, small ammound of def/pdef is awesome, illusion as well, deflection, etc etc, while in pve, 1 def point won't do a big difference, Illusion won't save you near as often(still a good astral), deflection dmg isn't that big(still a good astral, but way better pvp).

Lets start of with what good no matter what you choose to focus on:

  • Hp - Duh?
  • Atk - Duh?
  • Crit - Going will destroyer will destroy you :p
As those 3 stats are important no matter what, that should be your main gains. For pve you need adition:

  • Block - Block reduces dmg a lot, with your astral, you can reduce alot of dmg
And for pvp:

  • M/P-def - In pvp, defense will actually do some.
Going for pve is a lot easier than pvp, and less "disepointing". As the game is set to such difficulty so non-cashers should be able to beat it, with exception of Spire(old times, now we can), Tok and ofcourse DI(if it can beaten?). While in pvp, you will constantly run into people twice your br, claiming to be non-cashers, and if you beat someone, they will claim you to cash.

So lets discuss Crit and Block. First of, having more isn't always better, for example BLOCK I would say caps around 12k, +-penetration in pvp. So going over 12k, isn't really worth it beside in pvp. Same goes for crit, I would say that you will have good enough crit at 15-20k(70%+). So having 10k more for maybe 5% extra, is just waste of points.

  1. Once you hit 12k block, only let it raise more if you want it to be more effective in pvp.
  2. Once you are around 15k crit, don't waste gems on crit, let it raise higher with your Soul Seal levels.
So now we got the basic out. So lets take a look at P00ter, and see what I have to say about her char.
Lets start with the good stuff, I think her crit and block is decent enough, sure a little more would be good, but she'll get there once I'm done. First of, lets look at the gems. I would go after the pve build, so I would recomend the following set up:
  • Matk - 8x
  • Matk + crit - 8x
That's what I would suggest for everyone(p.atk if not mage). This will boost her matk almost 10k, reducing her crit some. For pve I would suggest:
  • HP - 8x
  • Hp+block - 8x
This will give her tons of hp, and block, making her able to tank anything in the game. If you want more PVP like there's several paths you can take. You need the hp boost, but how much? well that's up do you? You could go HP and PDEF/MDEF/Pdef+mdef(or mix?). You could go hp+pdef and hp+mdef. You could even go Hp+block with Pdef+Mdef or mix the single defensive gems. My suggestion, mix them around and see what you like.

So after we fixed the gems, the question might be... Crit and block is pretty low now? How do we fix that? Well lets look at her astrals.

She should focus on getting the block up, Then I would remove either the pdef or mdef astral, and put a Crit+Astral crit(for now) This will compensate for the lost. Otherwise I can't say anything, except keep working on getting them up... but sucks without pvp, so I understand why they are "low".

Lastly, lets look at enchantment on her gear. Now I don't know what she has, as I can't access. But will list which I focus on getting on EACH gear.

  • Intellegence
  • Matk
  • Endurence
  • Armor/defense
  • Crit
  • Block
2 last, is to balance up the loss of crit and block loss, Armor/defence isn't a must in pve, so you can change that for HP or having both crit and block on a few.

With these changes, P00ter will be a lot stronger in pvp, and as her atk will go up, she will do a lot more dmg in world boss, DI, etc which will make her income higher, and as she can do more things more easy she will grow even more even faster. With these changes, I am sure she will be able to solo Nirvana, and do EF normal runs.

Last tip: Once you feel you are strong enough, do EF even if you don't have complete 80 set, just to get the 2 extra armor pieces and 6 more gems slots. this will help you a lot :)

You might notice that I skipped a few things that's important in OVERALL character building, so will go over fast here in what I missed.

MTW, always train ATK stat first, then go for endurence and armor.

Resist gems: Always do maps, and purgatory, resist does so much. If you don't know what resist to max I would recomend Fire, as fire is the main element at the thougher bosses in di(4 and above), and the bosses that doesn't have fire, doesn't have any, so your fire res will count when it´s the highest. I could also recomend water, as you must have it for EF.

I am currently running Elec/Water with my best gems, and fire on the weaker ones.

That's all I think, if I missed anything, feel free to ask!
